Doubutsu Lab (“we”) respects the privacy of users (“you”) of the mobile application “Gokigen Log” (the “App”) and is committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information.

1. Our Approach

The App does not transmit any user information to external servers. All data handled by the App is stored and processed solely on your device. No account or sign-in is required.

2. Information We Access and Use

• Your records: The check-ins you enter—your 5-point ratings, optional notes, and the date and time of each entry—are stored only in local storage on your device.
• In-app settings: Your settings—such as your check items, notification schedule, and display language—are stored only on your device.

This data is never transmitted to or shared with any third party, including the developer.

3. Notifications

With your permission, the App uses your device’s local notifications to show “How are you?” reminders. All notifications are scheduled and delivered on your device; no external push notification servers are used. You can change or revoke notification permission at any time via iOS Settings > Notifications.

4. Sharing and External Transmission

The App does not provide or sell user information to any third party. It uses no analytics, advertising, tracking, or external cloud services, and it does not send any information over the network.

5. Data Storage and Deletion

• The App’s data is stored only on your device.
• You can delete individual records from within the App.
• Uninstalling the App removes the App’s data stored on your device.

6. Children

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from any particular age group.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as needed. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page.
